A non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the full rental fee is required in order to guarantee and hold equipment for a specific date. The deposit will be applied as a credit to your invoice upon receipt of the balance due. Cancellation prior to the rental date will forfeit the deposit. A deposit is not required but without it there will be no guarantee equipment is available. Download a deposit payment form.
Insurance is required on all rentals with details specified in our contract. The insurance certificate will need to be received and verified one business day prior to equipment pickup. For Saturday and Sunday rentals, insurance certificate must be received no later than noon on the preceding Friday. We will require a refundable deposit in the amount of your insurance deductible. The deposit can be paid in cash, check or credit/debit card authorization hold. Once the equipment is returned, inspected and verified by our staff to be complete, undamaged or not needing repair, the deposit will be released. Download insurance information.
Full payment of your rental is required prior to receipt of the equipment. We accept cash, check, or credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). If the cardholder will not be present when making the deposit payment or at rental pickup, please complete and send to us the Credit Card Authorization form together with a photocopy of the cardholder’s driver’s license and front & back of the credit card.
